Is literacy your passion?

Our department of reading education prepares leaders in literacy by providing study in literacy teaching and learning from preschool through adult years. Our Reading Recovery Training Center is one of only two in the U.S. that can train trainers for other universities, and is the only Descubriendo la Lectura training center in the world.

Our School of Library and Information Studies (SLIS) offers master’s degree and certification programs that prepare professionals to work in information environments including academic, public, medical or school libraries; corporate and other special libraries; government agencies; and more.
